Acne is probably one of the skin diseases most common in the world. Most of us have to do to this annoying problem at some point in our lives. But what are the real causes of this condition:

However, according to an interesting finding, acne is often associated with low levels of zinc. You want healthy skin, here are some vitamins that you must include in your diet:

  • Vitamin B1: It participates in the process of balance digestion, metabolism and whole body. Foods rich in vitamin B1, sunflower seeds, grains, pine nuts and sesame seeds.
  • Vitamin B3: It improves circulation and is involved in fat metabolism. You can find it in the roasted peanuts and peanut butter.
  • Vitamin B5: It is known to reduce stress. Vitamin B6: It improves the immune system and helps the production of antibodies. It can be found in red meat, liver, poultry, fish, whole grains, legumes and nuts.
  • Vitamin C: It helps to restore skin health by triggering mechanisms of regeneration and stops the formation of free radicals which are destructive to cells. Most fruits and vegetables contain vitamin C.
